We sincerely hope you will have no cause for complaint, as the products are all of a high quality.
 All products that are made to specific customer order , we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Other products can be returned in as new condition for 30 days after purchases. At the buyers cost.

In the rare event a product is received in a damaged or faulty condition, please advise us within 24 hrs in order we can arrange a replacement.

 Please be aware we may require a photograph of the said item.
